IFOS leads a Technical Assistance Mobile Team (EMAT) supporting Cap Haitian, Quartier Morin, Limonade, Acul du Nord, Plaine du Nord and Milot in strengthening their technical and administrative skills so that they will draft a Pluri annual municipal Investments Plan (PPI), an annual Communal Development Plan (PCD), a plan for collecting and managing the commune financial resources, an Urban Plan or a Plan of Development, Extension and Beautification of Cities (PAEEV), as well as implement the Program of Municipal Administrations Improvement (PMAC). All this with the objective of improving services to all citizens.
