Implementation and monitoring of the USAID LOKAL+ project (Limyè ak Òganizasyon pou Kolektivite yo Ale Lwen, "Light and Organization, the collectivities will go forward") Capacity Building component With more than 50 senior consultants, trainers and technical assistants IFOS conducted a thorough organizational performance evaluation through 9 communes. Looking at internal processes, systems, policies, human resources management, individuals’ skills and knowledge, internal and external communication, in order to improving public municipal services provided to the population, citizens’ participation, community engagement, relationships with local authorities, transparency and accountability, advocacy with central government entities, etc.
