Reading Skills (EGRA) and School Management (SSME) Evaluation in 4 departments

Data collection for reading skills (Early Grade Reading Assessment - EGRA) and basic school management in 240 rural and urban schools in the departments of North, North East, Artibonite and West. To do so, IFOS mobilized a team with 1 general coordinator, 1 statistician, 1 technological manager, 1 logistics manager at the central level, 3 regional coordinators, 3 administrative and logistics assistants, at the regional level, 106 supervisors and evaluators, to revise the data collection tools, train supervisors and evaluators, pretest the tools, synchronize the electronic equipment, electronic data collection and uploading, data quality control and plan workshops to present the results to stakeholders.
