The Institut de Formation et de Services ("Training and Services Institute"), previously known as Institut de Formation du Sud (IFOS - "The South Training Institute") is a consulting firm providing, in the development field, various types of training and technical assistance services, undertake surveys, projects evaluation, and much more.
