Support to local governance and community participation with post hurricane Matthew rehabilitation of the communes of Chardonnières and Port-à-Piment. Collaborate with the Ministry of Interior and Territorial Collectivities (MICT) to implement the Departmental Technical Agency that will work with the communes, the communities, local authorities and decentralized services and directions in South department (Les Cayes) of Haitian sectoral ministries.
